For summer 2022, Scotiabank is offering a fantastic opportunity for one student togain outstandingexperience from the Summer Internship Programme in our Global Investment Banking(“GIB”) division covering the Energy, Power, Infrastructure and Utilities sectors.This role will introduce students to a stimulating and dynamic environment.Students will gain practical, hands-on experience working with top professionals and senior leaders of the Bank.
Research various companies, assets and transactions using public and private information
sources to prepare meaningful analyses
Maintain and update company and transaction databases
Where appropriate, work closely with and assist deal teams on live transactions, helping them to provide timely client support
Assist in building detailed financial models
Provide assistance to the GIB team in the execution of their daily tasks
Students in final year of study, in a related degree, who will be graduating in Spring 2022
Available for a 10-week period commencing at the end of June 2022
